MIDI is now fully functional and stable. With oscillator 24MHz there is ony ~0.9% difference in baudrate, so its acceptable by standard. Circuit is behaving strange, maybe oscillator is too fast, i woud have to use 12MHz again, but now i know how to make "midi work" :)
Right now im taking care of "midi framework" that will manage packet sending and controllers mapping. Tanks goes to Zambari for tips about proper midi packets.

MIDI communication is working, but unstable. It is very hard to get stable 31500 bps using 12MHz crystal. Will have to use faster crystal, or some 11.0592 clone.

Done:
serial comunication is now working.
Its too late. I was sending garbage, so i got garbage, not because of wrong baudrate. Sleep is a good and important thing in life. I have failed project :-(
Project suspended until end of examination session and time stabilisation...

Done:
first module ready and working (8 buttons+digital mux, 2 variable resistors)
memory map of module(s) controllers ready
change state detection of module controllers ready
triggering actions ready - a midi packet will be generated only if button is pressed/released or variable resistor is moved
Gotta finish serial comuniation until morning - project deadline.

Found bugs:
LCD contrast (connector pin 3) should be connected to GND or between Vcc and GND via variable resistor.
